What's a locked knee? What do if I have to pee?
This non-heated 60 minute Bikram Basics Class is specifically designed for students who are new to the Bikram Series. We will explain Pranayama breathing, how to lock the knee, yoga etiquette and will be followed by a Q&A. All current students are welcome to this first Bikram Basics Class.

In preparation for your first class, please make sure you are well hydrated, with an empty stomach, lightweight clothing, and ready to sweat! Please make your best effort to reduce your scent. (perfumes, smoke etc.) You will also need to bring a yoga mat and bath towel. If you do not have one, don't sweat it - we rent it!
During the month of January there is also an 11:00 am Saturday Class!
