We follow all CDC and government regulations to mitigate risks and maintain 14 ft between people in the hot room. The floors and high touch surfaces are steamed and disinfected between each class. Our studio uses an Energy Recovery Ventilation system to bring fresh air in the room and remove stale air through out class.

The yoga series consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. (*AKA 26&2) The yoga is designed to rejuvenate and strengthen the entire body while improving flexibility. All 26&2 Yoga classes are 90 minutes

This highly therapuetic yoga series of postures orginated from Bishnu Ghosh, the younger brother of Paramahansa Yogananda (author of "Autobiography of a Yogi") and founder of the "Self Realization Fellowship" in Los Angeles. Ghosh was a celebrated physical culturist and scientifically documented Yoga's ability to heal the body. The 26 posture and 2 breathing exercise sequence has a profound healing power on the body and mind. This sequence has directed millions of people around the world toward a healthy life.
